Job description
You will be tasked with:
  • Gaining insights in important DAF / PACCAR Connect business processes;
  • Support a cross divisional project, giving the opportunity to see many departments within DAF;
  • Creating a proposal what information can be used to identify a 2nd or 3rd owner;
  • Creating a proposal together with the technical development team, together with marketing how these customers can be contacted or informed.

Your profile
We are looking for a proactive intern who can help us with improving our processes, which ensure we can offer the best service towards our customers. For this you need to have a drive to understand business processes, be structured with the ability to get the information from a multitude of stakeholders.

In addition:
  • You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field;
  • Strong in English language, structured, proactive, energetic and creative;
  • You are able to work in a multi-disciplinary and international team.

Department
Global Connected Services Europe is a dynamic and growing part within the organization of DAF Trucks. It is responsible for services based data derived from the truck. Based on this data, generated by the truck, we offer the customers insights to help them to optimize their operations. 

To make sure we also supply the best service to have purchased a second hand vehicle, PACCAR Connect it looking for business processes to identify and inform the 2nd or 3rd truck owner.

Each intern will have the opportunity to participate at the Student Event. During this event you will meet other interns and find out more about DAF/PACCAR!
