As a Senior Financial Account your main key-activities will be:
to maintain the administration of the ‘large and medium’ Corporate Companies/entities.
to assist with the monthly reporting for the ‘large and medium’ Corporate Companies.
to assist with the forecasting and budgeting for the ‘large and medium’ Corporate Companies.
to assure the periodical calculation, pre-advising, preparation and invoicing and financial settlement of Royalty charges (ROY), Marketing Cost Reimbursement credits (MCR), Financial Management Fee charges (FMF) and pension premium charges.
to handle queries concerning ROY, MCR, FMF and pension premium charges.
to assure the checking of correct reporting by local entities of ROY, MCR and FMF.
to assure the checking of correct reporting by other entities of inter-company balances.
to prepare statutory accounts for ‘large and medium’ Corporate Companies.
to support the departmental manager in his duties.
to support the (Junior) Financial Accountant(s) in his or her activities.
Preferred profile
Bachelors Degree in Finance.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and international environment.
Detailed knowledge of domestic and foreign GAAPS, fiscal regulations.
Detailed knowledge of pension process (legal, fiscal, accounting).
Detailed knowledge of Outlooksoft system (entity structure, programming reports, etc.).
Knowledge of programming (Visual Basic).
Excellent command of the English language (oral and written). </UL
