TNT offers you the chance to play a leading role in the launch of its new social media-based intranet and various other online TNT projects. The firm is taking a forward-thinking approach to employee communication, and is keen to embrace Web 2.0 as a way to collaborate and share information.



In short, it’s an exciting time to join TNT Online Communications team (based at TNT’s headquarters in Hoofddorp) an Online Communication Specialist.



Your role combines web design and community management duties with providing technical advice / support in other Online Communications projects.



In this respect, proper technical and design qualifications are essential, as the successful candidate will be charged with translating complex online communication concepts into reality.



Above all, you will be solutions focussed, a confident self-starter with an ability to think out of the box.
 
Preferred profile

  • bachelor degree in communication design / multimedia

  • at least 2 years experience working in a similar position

  • functional project and web architecture

  • web design & UI

  • proven project management skills

  • in-depth knowledge of web technologies incl. web scripting (HMTL, XML etc.), CSS, server-side scripting, JS

  • familiar with usability

  • knowledge of web standards

  • excellent command of the English language, in both written and spoken form
