Key activities of the Paralegal / Legal Assistant will be:
- To act as a first point of contact within the TNT organisation for questions in relation to the data captured in the group legal entity database;
- To support and assist the legal counsels on the maintenance of the group legal entity database by:
Data entry based on outcome questionnaires and other requests for changes;
Timely and consistent filing and archiving in line with prescribed processes and internal control procedures:
Preparing (Excel) overviews of information;
Preparing corporate structure charts of the legal entities per country;
Coordination of Legal Questionnaire process.
- To provide organizational and administrative support to the Corporate Structures team members;
- To support the Corporate Structures team members on various corporate legal matters, completing standard documents, (trade register) forms and correspondence;
- To support the Corporate Structures team members on the drafting and implementation of various process descriptions.
Preferred profile
- Bachelor degree (preferably in law).
- Language: Dutch and English.
- Documentary and administrative skills.
- Experience in professional and international environment.
- The necessary communication and social skills to cope with the different levels, positions and needs within the organisation.
- Full familiarity with standard Microsoft Office programs.
- Full awareness of the importance and confidentiality of the work.

- Transparency, including timely escalation of potential deficiencies or backlogs to the other Corporate Structures team members.
