• Research & development - Research on of new releases of end-user IT equipment in order to determine strategy in this area for TNT HO BV end-users - Do pilots with new end-user IT equipment - Write advice reports - Prepare / participate in roll-out projects of end-user IT equipment • Investigation - Do investigation on IT systems based on fraud either security incidents - Write reports with the outcome of investigations directly to the person that have requested for the investigation • Support - Deliver VIP (read direct and at their desk) support to VIP users for all Services and products delivered by ICS, with a very strong focus on end-user IT equipment

| Preferred profile |

• At least HBO- degree with a degree in Information and Communication Technology • 3-5 years proven secretarial and/or administrative working experience in a similar role performing duties effectively in English and Dutch • Experience with working in project teams with a focus on project / back office administration • Experience/able to work/cope in a fast moving multi-cultural, corporate, international environment • Prince 2 Foundation • ITIL Foundation • ECDL European Computer Driving License • Fluency in Dutch and English (verbally as well as in writing) • Due support to VIP end-users support could and will be requested ad hoc outside working hours. |
