As a Global Account Manager you plan, direct, organise and manage the customer business for TNT Express in support of the TNT Group corporate vision and missions by developing and implementing operating procedures and planning for business growth and innovation. This will be achieved as well as possible in a decentralised environment by enabling, encouraging and coordinating the support of all TNT divisions and business units, as well as TNT Express staff departments to apply their best efforts in generating network reliability, service quality maximisation and sustained productivity improvement whilst ensuring adherence to corporate policies and disciplines.
Preferred profile
Higher education degree
English language course qualifications and/or certificate
Appropriate management courses and qualifications
Five years experience in Account Management/Business Development
Experience in a multinational company and in dealing with different cultures
Good knowledge of Account Management related technology
Proven experience and knowledge in effective coaching and people management practices, including leadership development
Language skills: Mastery of the English language both verbal and written
Excellent Influencing and Negotiating skills
Excellent Presentation skills
Finance knowledge for non Financial Management
