As a Global Account Manager you plan, direct, organise and manage the customer business for TNT Express in support of the TNT Group corporate vision and missions by developing and implementing operating procedures and planning for business growth and innovation. This will be achieved as well as possible in a decentralised environment by enabling, encouraging and coordinating the support of all TNT divisions and business units, as well as TNT Express staff departments to apply their best efforts in generating network reliability, service quality maximisation and sustained productivity improvement whilst ensuring adherence to corporate policies and disciplines.
