Description of position Act as structural integrity focal point for designated portfolio of offshore assets, applying integrity assurance processes including:

- Conduct structural inspection risk based assessments to define subsea and topsides inspection scopes.
- Review structural anomalies and provide recommendations for engineering resolution.
- Interact with subsea and topsides inspection colleagues to monitor inspection attainment, update inspection programmes/KPI’s and resolve any inspection irregularities or issues.
- Develop and maintain structural asset registers, updating to include inspection results and assessing changes to risk based inspection programme.
- Define and coordinates structural engineering linear and non-linear evaluations and review output to assess level of structural integrity.
- Manage engineering evaluation contractors and consultants.
- Act as structural focal point within the specific brownfield projects, Minor and Capital projects.
- Develop work requests and project approval sheets as part of iicors’s work execution process.
- Travel offshore to complete routine visual structural inspections and react to situations to assess level of structural degradation, damage etc.
- Conduct, coordinate and participate in risk assessments and the deferral of subsea and topsides inspection tasks.
- Communicates structural engineering issues, anomalies and recommendations etc through the development of technical notes, power point presentations and meetings as appropriate.


Years experience 5 - 10 years working experience
Requirements - Significant experience in similar roles (5 -10 years) including structural design, analysis and operational integrity assessment.
- Fully conversant with UK regulatory environment.
