 De functie
Be a tax assistant in Heinz Continental Europe working for the European tax director and Benelux tax manager.

Assist in Benelux (Belgium together with local finance colleagues):

• Corporate income tax reporting activities actual reporting process

• Corporate income tax reporting activities forecasting reporting process

• Corporate income tax return preparation activities

• Corporate income tax correspondence and corporate income tax audit activities

• Corporate income tax reporting activities and Shareholdings/management fees valuations for statutory accounting reporting process

• Sarbanes Oxley & Control corporate income tax management

• Transfer pricing documentation, ad hoc transfer pricing tax projects and below operating income transfer pricing corrections analysis and preparation

• Corporate income tax planning projects

• Mergers & Acquisitions projects

• Monitoring new corporate income tax law and advising where necessary.

• Corporate income tax related matters for the legal entity structure

• Corporate income tax related matters for cash repatriation

• Corporate income tax related matters for SAP implementation

• Control function (supervision and coordination) in respect of the companies controlled by HJ Heinz European Holding BV

• Ad-hoc non-corporate income tax queries and audits in the Netherlands although not in the accountability of the tax department.

Assist In other HCE countries the local CFO’s/Finance Managers for major corporate income tax matters.

 Het profiel
• Bachelor/Master degree in tax economics or tax law;

• 1-3 years of experience in a tax function;

• Knowledge of US Gaap tax accounting principles;

• Good knowledge of Excel, Word;

• Good knowledge of Dutch and English language, and preferably knowledge of another language (German, French);

• Highly proactive in the role and a hands on mentality, manage information needs;

• Able to work independently, and for several line managers based across Europe.
